Jesus, LinkedIn, Uncle Bob and Pagers :: SingleRoots Twitter Recap

This week, we’re adding a new feature to the Twitter Recap! We want to start highlighting great blog posts from bloggers who are listed on our SingleRoots Christian Blogger List. Each week, we’ll go through our blog list and include a few posts with the hope that you might find some new blogs to enjoy reading.

If you’re a blogger and you write something next week that you’d like to submit for our consideration for the recap, send us the link via our contact form. (Don’t worry…we won’t judge you for pimping out your blog to us!) The blogosphere is huge, and sometimes good writing goes unnoticed. We want to do our part to help those on the list share their thoughts with as many people as possible! And, if you’d like us to add your blog to our Christian Blogger list, we’d love to add you!

Here’s what caught our attention this week:

Check out these blog posts!

The Wave |

“Sometimes life leaves bruises. Sometimes dark nights of the soul last weeks. I don’t know why this thing is so hard. Why I feel like I’m being flung around and thrown against the walls of life…”

Off Balance? |

“If something irritates me, I shouldn’t ignore it, or be annoyed that I’m not a super Christian capable of sloughing it off. It’s legitimate…”

Stop. |

“Then I stop. Because it’s impossible for me to continue holding all these to-dos while chasing after everyone else. I only end up dropping things…”

Sometimes You Have to Let It Die | {Caleb McNary, guest post}

“The fact is we are made to move on. Just like the seasons roll through each year, we too are made to let things go. But we have a problem doing that…”

Posts that are usually written by committee. It takes a village, you know. There's no "I" in team. Together Everyone Achieves More. We're no Lone Ranger Christians over here. (Insert any other teamwork cliche you can think of.)
